Customer Agreement​

Welcome to Ocial. By clicking the check box during the registration process of our Service, you agree to comply and confirm that you have read the following terms and conditions ("Agreement"). Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using the Service.

    Ocial provides an interactive platform to publish and discover local and day-to-day events in your surroundings. Please note that the Service may be subject to updates, expansions, or limitations at our discretion or users requests over time.

  3. Use of Service

    You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account.

  4. User Accounts

    To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep this information up-to-date.

    Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy, link, explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

  6. Payment

    If the Service requires payment, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described on the Service website or within the Service. All fees are non-refundable, except as expressly provided in this Agreement.

    All content and materials provided on the Service are the intellectual property of Ocial or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property.

    Ocial shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service, except as required by applicable law.

    We may modify this Agreement at any time. We will communicate the changes of this Agreement. You will be asked again for your acceptance of the modified terms.
